Michaël Felmann has always had a passion for cooking. As a schoolboy, he would meticulously record his recipes in his notebook, a habit he has kept ever since. Giving free rein to his creativity, he reinvents traditional dishes with a style all his own. After more than 20 years in the service of the Côte-d’Or prefect, he realized his dream of becoming the chef of his own restaurant in early 2010, much to the delight of gourmets who stop off at Fleurey-sur-Ouche.

Concocted by our chef Michaël Felmann, our menu offers gourmet cuisine inspired by the flavors of the French terroir, particularly Burgundy.

It’s just as inspired by the culinary arts of Spain, the country of origin of Michaël’s wife Marie-José, which immediately captured the chef’s heart.

Michaël Felmann took the helm of Ô P’tit Repère du Goût in 2010. He decided to thoroughly renovate the premises, highlighting its idyllic setting. Customers are warmly welcomed and invited to enjoy the magnificent stone-vaulted dining room.

Not only is the place dedicated to the arts of the table, but the entire décor reflects the savoir-faire of French craftsmanship, from the furniture to the beers and juices made in our region. The wine, of course, is Burgundian. In this place dedicated to gourmets, local producers are showcased and the seasons respected to offer you a culinary delight in tune with nature.
